Booking and Cancellation Policy.
Credit Card will be required on arrival.
Bookings must be guaranteed by credit card.
Prepaid cheques must arrive 4 days prior to arrival.
Corporate charge backs are on a 7 day net basis.
Failure to arrive without cancellation will incurr a first night charge.
In the event you cancel inside 12 hours of arrival we reserve the right to charge 25% to 100% of the first nights stay depending on the hotel's occupancy.
